Technically the first real day on the full madman schedule since yesterday work cleaning-out-of-desks and inadequate-answering-of-coworker-questions took up a good chunk of the day.
All in all, I survived it, albeit with minor injuries.
I suspect I could have made it unscathed, but got roped into joining the DW in aerobics rather than the weight training I had planned. All in all, NOT a good plan for somebody with a history of foot problems. (And acclimated to a desk job.)
But, hey, in other news I got some author photos taken today!
After flipping through dust jackets, it sure seems that most authors seem to have the straight on DMV mug shot thing going on. Why would you do that!?? I mean if thousands and thousands of people are going to be looking at this thing, why not make it interesting?
Yeah, now you're curious. I can tell. But I'm going to make you wait, so there! :)-
Actually, I have to wait too. All I saw was the 2-inch LCD preview in the bright daylight. So it's like, "is that dark blob me, or what"?
